• Could be used for Collabs and OFTV
• Drew can add an option for client to update calendar as well

• (drew is thinking of removing access to this)

Working On

• Working on Reports: Team / Client / Company - lots of options for this
• We need to give logins for accounts not on Cameron IF to connect to the API
• Jose Accounts aren’t on the CRM

Account Approvals and Scheduling

1. VA’s go into the gallery and find something they like
2. They can choose content 3 days ahead of time for Carlos to approve
3. When deciding which acc to schedule for it shows: accs we ‘can still post on’ and ‘already posted on’
4. Once they select the date it will send to Carlos on discord for approval
5. If Carlos rejects content the VA’s get a notification on discord (this will show on farm as well)
6. It gets auto removed from the posting queue (If Rejected)

• All VA’s have to do to send SS to discord is hit ’S’ and you can select which discord channel to send to

Account Flags

• If a VA flags an account or unflags an account it will auto send a notification to discord
• If a VA suspends an acc its removed from their phone farm view - and sends us a notification on discord

• Will needs to make tutorials and change SOP surrounding the new phone farm workflow

Misc

Drew is looking into automations to reduce labor costs

• Have our FB VA’s move over to a separate shift from our IG VA’s

• Move over the FB Accounts (use the ‘Updated System’ for reference.)
